Please remember that our vouchers are intended for trips where you can be flexible when choosing your dates and destination. Participating resorts release dates on a rolling basis, and they do give us dates even for high-traffic times like summer, but those tend to fill up fast. The ideal timeframe to book is around 3-6 months before you plan to travel. That said, our two most popular destinations—Las Vegas and Orlando—usually have availability even after other destinations have filled up.

Truth be told, we never intended to create our own in-house voucher program. We built it out of necessity to give our customers a better experience than they were getting on the old 3rd-party program we used before. If you're curious, here's how they compare:

TAXES & FEES
As you already know, the travel voucher covers your resort stay, but not the taxes & fees, which vary by resort and range from $40-75/night for resorts that normally book out at $125-250/night. That covers the regular taxes & fees plus a recovery fee that helps the resort recover their costs to put you in a room. About 85% of our resorts will also waive their resort fee when you book with the voucher.
Unlike other programs, you'll be able to see available resorts and dates BEFORE paying the taxes & fees. On our program, those don't have to be paid until you actually use the voucher to book your stay.
OPTIONAL UPGRADES
This offer's made possible by helping resorts fill rooms that would've sat empty. So the resorts make available the weeks they know won't fill up. But many resorts will make extra weeks available as upgrades. Some resorts only make weeks available as upgrades. And nearly all resorts offer room upgrades. Upgrades are 100% optional. We make them available only to give you added flexibility when planning your vacation.
A quick note on Hawaii and coastal Florida: These two destination typically only have resorts with upgrade fees. For example, our Hawaii resorts start at about $150/night (for taxes, fees, & upgrade fees) for resorts that normally book at over $300/night. Total savings for 7 nights on our Hawaii resorts typically range from $1,000 to $3,000.

Our travel vouchers never expire. But it can be tricky to get one, so if you've got a chance, it's smart to grab one now so it's ready and waiting for you when you're ready for a vacation.
SAVE BIG OR GET ANOTHER VOUCHER ON US
Nearly all our customers save anywhere from $500 to $1500 on their 7-night vacation. Some save even more. In the rare case you save anything less, we’ll give you another voucher to take another vacation. ‘Cause we’re NOT okay with not delivering on our promise.
We’re also not okay with keeping your money if you’re not happy. If you buy then decide this isn't for you, we’ll give you a full refund under our 60-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Period. If you already used your $139 Wall Art Gift Card to order your wall art, you will need to send back the art before we can process the refund. But if you haven’t ordered the wall art yet, processing your refund is a piece of cake.
