Orb.co offers a 60 day, no questions asked return policy. If you don't love it, we'll take it back!
To initiate a return, just email us at hello@orb.co or start a chat. We'll get you everything you need to complete your return.
Please note that if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can usually stop your order for going into production. However, once an order has entered production, we're unable to prevent it from being shipped out.
For items that have already shipped, you'll simply mail the item back. Once your return is received, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending upon your method of payment, refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Any return shipping costs charged to us to receive your return will be deducted from your the refund.
