So you'll have all the time you need to plan and take your vacation, and zero stress about losing your trip. But remember, there is a waitlist to get a voucher, so it's smart to snag a voucher ASAP so it's ready and waiting for you the moment you're ready for a vacation.
We help fill resorts' unbooked rooms. The resorts love it because they know these extra guests might use the restaurant, bar, spa, etc. It's way better for them than a room with no one in it. So the resorts fill rooms, we sell wall art, and you get the deal of a lifetime on your next vacation plus some stunning home decor, making this a WIN-WIN-WIN for all!
You will need to pick from the dates the resorts choose to make available. While some only give us a week or two at a time, others make dozens of weeks available. You'll even find dates during high-traffic times like summer, but you'll need to book those extra early.
With hundreds of participating resorts, there will be LOADS to choose from, but we can't guarantee that specific dates in a specific destination will be available. To have the most options, it's ideal to book around 3-6 months before you plan to travel.
95% of our customers will save anywhere from $500 to $1500 on their 7-night vacation. A few save even more. In the rare case you save anything less, we’ll give you another voucher to take another vacation. ‘Cause we’re NOT okay with not delivering on our promise.
We’re also not okay with keeping your money if you’re not happy. If you buy then decide it’s not for you, we’ll give you a full refund under our 60-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Period. If you already used your $139 Wall Art Gift Card to order your wall art, you will need to send back the art before we can process the refund. But if you haven’t ordered the wall art yet, processing your refund is a piece of cake.
Our resorts are scattered across loads of popular destinations. Chances are there will even be a few resorts within driving distance if you want to save on airfare.
Available resorts change regularly, but at any given time there are hundreds of 3, 4, and sometimes even 5-star resorts to choose from. Every single one is rated 4+ on Google or TripAdvisor, or we don’t let them into our program. Here’s a sampling of actual resorts others have booked with their voucher:
Transparency. That’s how we roll. So here’s what to expect when redeeming your voucher: The taxes & fees vary by resort and range from $40-75/night for resorts that normally book out at $125-250/night. That covers the regular taxes & fees plus a recovery fee that helps the resort recover their costs to put you in a room (housekeeping, utilities, those little shampoo bottles, etc.). Roughly 85% of our resorts will also waive their resort fee when you book with the voucher. Fair enough?
Also, note that you won't have to pay the taxes & fees until you actually book your resort stay. It's another HUGE improvement over the old 3rd-party program that made you pay the taxes & fees before you could even see resorts or dates.
The resorts make available the weeks they know won't fill up. But many resorts make additional weeks available as upgrades. Some resorts only make weeks available as upgrades. And nearly all resorts offer room upgrades. Upgrades are 100% optional. We offer them only to give you more options when planning your vacation.
A quick note on Hawaii and coastal Florida: These two destinations typically only have resorts with upgrade fees. For example, our Hawaii resorts start at about $150/night (for taxes, fees, & upgrade fees) for resorts that normally book at over $300/night. Total savings for 7 nights on our Hawaii resorts typically range from $1,000 to $3,000.
